Mindful Movement Pilates is a boutique studio offering private and small group sessions of traditional Pilates mat work (max. 3 per class) for all levels. A small class ensures that each client receives focused, individual attention that is second to none. Galia's classes are set in a warm environment offering an intimate & private space where clients can feel safe and comfortable during the session.

In each session a variety of equipment including Therabands, balls, rollers and other small props, are utilised to provide extra resistance and create a dynamic and challenging workout. At Mindful Movement Pilates we focus on technique, correct posture, alignment and emphasis quality of movement. Building your abdominal and back muscles strength while practicing deep and gentle stretching using correct breathing, will help the body regain its flexibility, balance and greater mind-body awareness.
