Our Postnatal weekly classes will help you reconnect with your body, ease your back pain and help you realign your spine, pelvis and improve your posture.
Therabands, magic circles, foam rollers,  balls, hand weights are also used to tone, stretch and strengthen your entire body to help postnatal recovery.
